Never Let your feet stop...
Everest base camp trekking via jiri is one of the most popular trekking/hiking route in Nepal. The Adventure route was follows by Sir Edmund Hillary and Tenzing Norgay Sherpa ,the steps of first mountaineers on their successful Everest Expedition in 1953. Jiri to everest base camp route was very famous until the flights to Lukla not operated. Everest trekking via Jiri starts from a place called Jiri (1905m). The route for Everest trekking via Jiri heads eastward through the lovely forested hills of Solu Monasteries and uninterrupted mountain views lie ahead. The portion of the trekking from Jiri to Lukla is often less crowded and therefore much better trekking country. Once in the Khumbu region the mountain views improve with every step: Kwangde,Thamserku, Nuptse, Lhotse, Ama Dablam ,the "horse saddle" of Kantega and of course the summit of Everest itself can be seen from Everest trekking via Jiri.
In jiri to EBC trips you will get a chance to visit more Buddhist monasteries, more of the culturally rich Sherpa and other ethnic villages representing simple yet affluent mountain lifestyles and walking on this track proves to be quite a significant experience.
