Kathmandu Valley is the historical and cultural heart of Nepal and has been a popular destination for tourists ever since Nepal opened its doors to visitors. The city presents a wonderful mix of Hinduism, Tibetan Buddhism and Western influence in the Valley. Patan and Bhaktapur, its two major neighboring cities bear immense historical, cultural and religious significances. There will be a half day guided tour to the famous & biggest Hindu shrine of Pashupatinath, the largest Buddhist stupa in Nepal Boudhanath, the 15th century Palace of 55 windows and Swoyambhunath.

Your trekking guide will meet at your hotel, after breakfast, we will drive from Kathmandu to Arughat Bazaar by the Buri Gandaki River. (8 hour drive).

The trek through Gurung and Magar villages, along the river throughout bird-filled forests with monkeys and waterfalls, to Sante Bazaar with its overhanging pipal tree ( Bodhi trek, the same kind of tree Buddha did his meditation for 7 years to get his enlighten) . Can be hot and humid during march to September.The main crops fields are rice, maize and millet. We hike up stairs as the valley becomes wilder, prettier, steeper and narrower as we trek into Arkhet. Hiking through fields, over a ridge, down to a waterfall up to a ridge at Kyorpani and trek down to Soti Khola (river) (710m), (6 hour trek).

Trekking from Soti Khola the trek passes through forests of sal trees on the way to Khursane. There are beautiful two waterfalls cascading down and emitting very well spray that creates the rainbows. After this beautiful moment, we will be continuing to trek into the stunning Buri Gandaki Gorge. The trek winds through rice terraces to the Gurung village of Lapubesi and on to Machhekhola. village (5 hour trek)

Trekking today will be up and down and hike crossways sandy river-flats, chances to see monkeys and langurs in the jungle. The large Gurung villages are way on top of the trek passes few houses (lower Khorlabesi was mostly shattered by a huge rock slip years ago, though a survivor has built a botanic garden. Finally, we arrive Tatopani the Natural hot spring(930m and then hike over a ridge and cross the Buri Gandaki on the suspension bridge, on marble stairs in the narrow valley of Doban (1,000m). and then to Yaru Khola (1,363m) to Jagat (1,410m), a pretty flag-stoned Gurung village. Where there is check point for our permits. (6 hour trek).

trekking along the riverbed and then on the rocky ridge to Salleri (1,440m) catching wonderful sights of Sringi Himal (7,187m), trek down to Sirdibas (1,430m), where we’ll see our first signs of Buddhist culture on this trek. Trekking and crossing crossing Nepal’s longest suspension bridge and then hike up to the wealthy Gurung village of Philim (1,590m). Philim has amidst fields of maize, potato and millet, azure pine and oak. Trek to Ekle Bhatti and then enter a steep gorge, cross the Budhi Gandaki that you are entering Manaslu area as we trekked on common tral of Tsum & Manaslu till now. Ssmall village of Deng is set by Bamboo forest and Shringi Gompa (monastery) to Bihi Phedi. (7 hour trek).

We will be trekking down to the Sringi Khola Valley and then cross the river then after hiking through forests till we get the Village of Ghap. We can feel that we are higher up and the pleasant cooler nights and Himalaya views getting to closer. The forests of fir and rhododendron, Nepal’s national bird Lophophorus ( Kind of Pheasant), Himalayan monal that we are heading to picturesque Namrung through a stone khani (archway). (6 hour trek).

The area is greatly influenced of Tibetan society and the surroundings has changed from our last days, Cliffs are vanishing, that we are trekking to valley with views of Manaslu (8,163m), Manaslu North (7,157m) and Naike Peak (5,515m) are standing like a magic ! Keeping to hike through forests of fir, rhododendron, oak, khani that we arrive the village of Lihi, where there are few of gompas. We exit the village through a wooded canyon hiking over the Hinan Khola to enter the village of Lho and then trekking cross a gorge Shrip. NB the platforms in the fields are watchtowers from which people scare off crop-raiding bears. From the village of Lho, trek through dense forests that appears onto a plateau at Shyaula (3,520m) the views of Himalchuli (7,893m), Ngada Chuli (7,879m) and Manaslu are eye-catching. As we arrive by lunch time, we have enough time to visit Pungyen Gompa and Manaslu Glacier Lake (Birendra Tal). (6 hour trek plus side-treks).

Walking today looks easy as the trail is more or less flatter through juniper, birch forests via Kermo Kharka to and then hike down to cross the river. After reaching the meeting point of the Budhi Gandaki and Shyale Khola valleys to the village of Samdo, Samdo is Tibetan refugee settlement under the summit of Pang Puchi (6,335m).The last permanently engaged valley by Tibetans also as pilgrims, traders and smugglers. Can rest abd explore the village of Samdo (3 hour trek).

We can take an interesting 8 hour side-trek to the Tibetan border with our packed lunch and enough drinking water or just walking around the village of Samdo and see their daily life is also very interesting.

Now we trek down to 3,850m to cross the Budhi Gandaki before hiking up through juniper and tundra in and out of ravines toward the Larkya Guest House, the last stop before Larkya La (pass)., this place known as also Dharamsala(4 hour trek).

We must start early morning to catch sunrise on the pass and to avoid the strong wind after mid day on the pass. Please keep your torch light handy, to begin the long impressive trek over countless false ridges to the prayer flags, cairns and fabulous views of the Annapurna Massif that mark the high point of the Larkya La before beginning the steep hike down to Bimtang. (8 hour trek). The small frozen lakes on the pass are so impressive when the sun light arrives on the half frozen lake.

Trekking Bimtang to all the way down through the forests and pastures of the Dudh Khola Valley to Dharapani where we join the more popular, but, sorry, less spectacular thank Manaslu, the Annapurna Circuit Trek. (8 hour trek).

We trek down the Marsyangdi Nadi gorge to Jagat. (6 hour trek).

We trek down to Bhulbule, our final trekking destination, where we can sit back and relax, have a beer, reminisce etc. (5 hour trek)

about 5 hours drive or and relax few days in Pokhara on your own expenses or can organize with us on extra cost). OR drive Bhulbule to Kathmandu.

early morning around 7:30 am drive bus to Kathmandu they will stop along the way for breakfast and lunch it will takes around 6:00 hours over night in Kathmandu.

you have to leave 3 :00 hours before then your flight time for international air we will come to pick you ups from your hotel for the final departure.
